To celebrate the beginning of Spring and the blooming of the exquisite West Coast flowers, the theme for my next Weekend Retreat at the beautiful Samadhi Retreat Centre in Grotto Bay, will be

“THE FLOWERING OF YOU!” 

A blooming flower is a perfect example of male and female, working together in perfect harmony.

Like the flower, each of us is made up of masculine and feminine, but very often,  with the demands of life and our social conditioning, they wobble out of balance.

On this workshop/retreat, in a gentle, supportive environment, with the wild flowers and natural beauty of the west coast as our guides, we will connect with, get to know and start to accept , integrate and balance our inner male and female.

Over the precious 3 days, we’ll spend time walking the vividly coloured coastline, meditate, make flower art on the beach and bring our treasures back to Samadhi, to incorporate into our very own soul art.

All the art we make over the weekend will be “process” rather than “outcome” driven, so absolutely no artistic experience is necessary.

We will nourish ourselves with good wholesome food, peaceful sleeps, and soulful chats to emerge rested, replenished and ready to flower
